Food-grade neutral alcohol of over 95 per cent strength, distilled from maize, jowar and broken rice. The base for potable liquor, and an input for cosmetics, inks, coatings and pharmaceuticals.

Whisky, rum, brandy and vodka made from grain spirit and bottled at the plant under the potable liquor licence sanctioned in August 2026.

DDGS and DWGS
Distillers' grains of about fifty per cent protein, sold as feed to poultry, cattle and fish farms.
Liquor
Maharashtra Made Liquor and country liquor
The State's new category of grain-based liquor, introduced in 2025, for value brands made in Maharashtra. Grain-based country liquor for the Maharashtra market, permitted under the Consent to Operate.

Our licences
A distillery needs a pollution consent, State Excise licences for distillation, denatured spirit and potable liquor, and certification of every vessel. These are the licences Tahmar holds in its own name.
